About the Flybus and Icelandair Saga Club partnership
Flybus has been Iceland's official airport transfer since 1979, and we are a partner of Icelandair Saga Club. Members collect Saga Points on Flybus transfers between Keflavík International Airport (KEF) and Reykjavík.
You earn 25 Saga Points for every 1,000 ISK spent on your Flybus ticket. The points are not added when you pay: they are credited once the ticket has been used.
How to earn Saga Points on a Flybus ticket
Collecting points takes one extra step when you book:
- Book your Flybus ticket and choose the transfer that suits your flight.
- Add your Saga Club number in the Saga Club field at checkout.
- Travel with Flybus between Keflavík Airport and Reykjavík.
- Collect your Saga Points — they are added to your Saga Club account after the ticket has been used.
Points are earned on the amount you pay for the ticket: 25 Saga Points for every 1,000 ISK.
When are your Saga Points credited?
Saga Points are not credited at the moment of purchase. Because points are earned on tickets that are actually used, they are registered to your Saga Club account after you have travelled.
Your points and your membership are held by Icelandair, so questions about your balance or your account are best sent to Icelandair Saga Club. If your question is about your Flybus booking, our customer support team is happy to help.
Not a Saga Club member?
The Saga Club field at checkout is optional. If you don't have a number, simply leave it empty and book as usual. It makes no difference to your ticket, your seat or your journey.
If you would like to start collecting points, Saga Club membership is free. You can sign up on the Icelandair website and add your number the next time you book a Flybus ticket.
Your Saga Club number and your privacy
For your points to reach the right account, Icelandair needs to know which booking they belong to. When you add your Saga Club number to a Flybus booking, we share that number and the information Icelandair needs to register the points with Icelandair Saga Club.
